The food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, animal feed, and tobacco industries, as well as their associated packaging manufacturers, place particularly high demands on lubricants. The reason for this is that occasional contact between the lubricant and the product during the manufacturing process cannot always be completely avoided. For this reason, only lubricants that are safe for human health and possess specific properties may be used, ensuring both a smooth production process and the safety of the products throughout the entire manufacturing process.

The diverse ELASKON product range meets these special requirements through products with Blue Angel certification, NSF-H1 food-grade approval, or safety certification for animal housing, among other features.

ELASKON WRL-NSF H1 is solvent-free and was specifically developed for steel wire ropes used in food-contact environments. Thanks to its excellent technical properties, this rope preservative can also be used in high-bay warehouses with consistently low temperatures. The product meets the requirements of the NSF-H1 food contact certification (for incidental contact with food).

ELASKON RWC ECO – a water-based, multifunctional corrosion protection for tram tracks. This product marks the next milestone for ELASKON in the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions. It simplifies the processes involved in the installation of rail elements, ensures reliable noise reduction, and at the same time makes a decisive contribution to extending maintenance and repair intervals.

ELASKON UBS Fix forms a non-slip, transparent protective film on all metallic surfaces within a very short time. The requirements for corrosion protection products in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors thus lie in the simple application of a corrosion inhibitor that forms a transparent, non-tacky, fast-drying, and reliable underbody protection. Conventional underbody protection products do not meet these requirements and are therefore not an option for many companies when it comes to maintenance and value preservation within the context of production or maintenance processes.
