Payment / Shipping

You pay a flat shipping fee per order and delivery address. If the order involves freight goods, an additional freight surcharge will apply. All information refers to deliveries and services within Germany. All other delivery areas are available on request.

Please note that different delivery and shipping costs apply for commercial customers and bulk buyers. You can find these in your login area or by contacting our customer service.

The following delivery and shipping costs apply to private buyers:

Orders up to EUR 29.99

EUR 7.99 flat-rate shipping costs incl. VAT (equivalent to EUR 6.71 net).

Delivery Terms

For orders under 100 liters or kilograms, a minimum quantity surcharge of €22.50 net will be charged; for orders under 50 liters or kilograms, a surcharge of €27.00 net will be charged! (Does not apply for self-pickup) 

For orders of boxed goods (Elaskon products only), the minimum quantity surcharge does not apply for orders of 3 boxes or more.
